I didn’t come from a lab. I ran a service business — and I lost count of the leads that went quiet after I sent a price.
So I read back 587 of my own WhatsApp conversations. The leak was right there: 64% of quotes went silent, worth about $20k a year. The fix was small enough to feel stupid — propose a time, reply fast.
