The short version
Our Chrome extension anonymises your chats on your own device — we only ever receive anonymised conversations, never your customers’ phone numbers or personal details.
We use what we receive to analyse your sales funnel and build your Scout. We don’t sell your data.
What we collect
Anonymised conversation data you choose to share via our extension (personal identifiers removed on your device first).
Basic account and contact details you give us (e.g. your name and email when you book a call).
Privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics about how this website is used. Marketing cookies only load if you accept them in our consent banner.
How we use it
To run your free audit and build and operate your Scout.
To contact you about your audit and your account.
To improve our product. We do not sell your data to third parties.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, and to stop processing it, at any time.
